Through ‘Habit Change’ and ‘Transformational Coaching’ methodologies, Kelly focuses on more than weight loss, diet and exercise. Lifestyle choices, environment, the mind-body stress response PLUS having your body in an ideal state to digest and assimilate nutrients all play an essential role in reaching optimal well-being.

Kelly’s focus is on deep diving into the root cause issue, educating clients through simple yet powerful strategies on how to build a strong digestive foundation “first” [so they flourish from the inside] and guiding clients on how to listen and be in tune with their own body's wisdom and awareness [to ensure they are following eating and lifestyle habits aligned to their ‘unique’ body type].

Kelly is a Certified Health and Life Coach, having also completed studies in the foundation of Functional Nutrition.

Kelly is available in our Woolooware clinic or via Zoom from our Casula or Gregory Hills clinics, providing consultations which meet you where you are at and Programs aimed to transform you for life.
